Become an Ambassador for the Global Evidence Summit 2024
The Global Evidence Summit 2024 is more than just a scientific conference; we provide training at basic and advanced levels and offer opportunities for scientific exchange and meetings. The summit brings together some of the world’s leading organisations in evidence-based practice in a shared mission to provide a platform to discuss critical issues across different sectors, including health, education, social justice, the environment and climate change.
As a sponsor with a presence at the summit, you can reach this audience and participate in this major event which is taking place in Prague, Czech Republic. Your logo and/or profile will appear in the programme and on slides, you can choose to exhibit in the communal meeting area, and your organisation will be recognised as a supporter of this great effort.

General information
- Non-profit organisations receive a 10% discount.
- Additional registrations can be purchased.
- Priority of placement within the exhibition area will be offered to Ambassadors and then sold in accordance with the date of confirmation.
- An exhibition manual containing information on set-up and break-down times will be distributed to exhibitors and ambassadors.
Conditions of payment
100% payment is required upon confirmation (signage of contract by both parties) of your ambassador package and / or exhibition booth. Payment must be received before any benefits or
branding will be extended to Ambassadors or Exhibitors. Payment must be made within 30 days of being invoiced. Failure to do so may result in your chosen package or exhibition booth being released again for resale.
